          Headers can be constructed from a variety of different materials depending on application.

           Mild steel would be your least expensive.

           Stainless would be a choice for turbo charged applications

           Inconel Best choice for high power turbo applications.

• Amount of time to construct headers.

           An average set of V-8 non turbo headers takes aproximently 40 hours.
