Burnsville Offroad has a world class 2007 Jeep Wrangler with a Viper V10
The front two header tubes run between the engine and the steering and the rear three tubes go around the steering.
Here is a closer look.
The passenger side had less things to go around which is usually the case.
Heres how the tubes merge together and meet the collector that I formed as a 5 into 1.
The way that B'ville Off Road installed this Viper motor into this Jeep Wrangler you would swear it was done at the factory. Nothing shows any signs of the transplant.
Dan from B'ville Off Road said this truck was the fastest and quickest Jeep they have built and the power band that these headers developed is incredible.
Heres the drivers side routing and collector that I had to build because I could not find any for it.
All tubes are tig welded with steel filler rod.
All flange connection to tubes are tig welded with silicon bronze rod to help with cracking at the flange.
